Candice Barbé – Founder
As a lawyer specialized in international private law, she taught at the ULB for several years before she decided to work in the courts. However, her spare time was filled with essential oils, Bach flowers, meditation and pilates!
With the birth of her daughter, she decided to follow her passion. Having launched an organic skincare brand, she finally let her interest in moments of wellbeing take over for good. Initially by transforming a space into a new yoga & Pilates studio in Ixelles, Studio La Vallée. For three years, she had the honor of co-managing the studio. Next, she launched Yoga@Office, which today is a trusted name in the world of corporate wellbeing.
Her years of experience as an employee have taught her how difficult it is to find time for oneself in a traditional work schedule. This is where her idea was born to bring to corporate teams all the wellbeing tools she had successfully discovered and implemented.
She takes great pleasure in working every day with companies that trust her expertise and invest in their human capital to achieve their corporate goals!
Leen De Witte – The right hand
Leen changed course in 2018 after leaving the world of insurance for that of yoga and copywriting. Not without retaining her affinity with the corporate world! She now creatively applies the marketing and communications experience she gained in the insurance world to the world of wellbeing. Conveying a feeling with impactful words remains a passion, whatever the field may be.
She is also fascinated by nature, the human body and its regenerative capacities. She delights in witnessing the positive effects of a calm, rested nervous system. Certified in many forms of body therapy such as yoga, breath therapy, Qi Gong, stress management, mindfulness, dance and movement therapy; she enjoys leading participants to rediscover a state of deep relaxation and connection to their vital energy.
Having worked in the corporate world for many years, she knows first-hand the physical, mental and emotional challenges of such an environment. Bringing a greater sense of wellbeing into the workplace is therefore particularly close to her heart.
