We also organize guided relaxation sessions, based on yoga nidra or sophrology. These sessions are ideal, for example, to round off a wellbeing day or as part of a wellbeing program. 

Very rejuvenating and with no physical effort, they can be accompanied by sound vibrations – sound healing – for an even more original, profound and rebalancing experience.

Nordic walking – practiced outdoors with walking poles – and Qi gong, another gentle and rejuvenating discipline, as well as stretching, are also part of our offer.

Office Yoga : a regular class or an event?

We adapt to your requirements in terms of pace and schedule.

Of course, the ideal solution is to offer your teams a program of regular classes, e.g. weekly or twice-monthly.

But besides our regular classes, for which you benefit a package rate, we also offer discovery sessions to mark a more occasional event in your company, such as a staff day, a Green day, or a Safety Week.
